嘉陵碧波千里，歌乐青山如画。川外胜地，教育殿堂；聚四方学子，任青春飞扬。夙兴夜寐， 为祖国强盛而读书；孜孜以求，为人民教育而奋起。弘智明德，德智双馨，吾辈定能行稳致远不负时代期盼；忱教至善，善教兼备，吾辈必会坚志强能实现教育愿景。  

Thanks to Mountain Gele and River Jialing, SISU boasts picturesque greenery and clear water. SISU, endowed with famous scenic spots within and around, is also reputed among foreign language learners as a holy land. Hence, it is attractive to students from far and wide who come here to give free rein to their youthful talent and vigor. Accustomed to early rise and late sleep in all weather, the students study hard for the revitalization of our motherland. Assiduous and relentless in seeking truth, teachers and students are striving for improving education. Moral minds gain wisdom here, and we are sure to march forward steadily to answer the call of times; Cordial teaching is devoted to cultivate talents, and we are sure to become consummate to realize educational outlook.

回首来路，历经峥嵘岁月。1982，本科萌芽；2006，学科筑基；2013，学院初成；2017，高台飞跃。一路风雨，征帆不堕，潜心发展，众志成城。

The footprints we have left all along the way tell us what we have experienced years. In 1982, undergraduate program was in bud; In 2006, discipline foundation is under way; In 2013, the college was in embryo; In 2017, the college leapfrogged. we came through rain and wind with concerted effort to make it.

喜看今日，学院欣欣向荣。古老学科，新枝葳蕤，悠久专业，宏图再展。学科专业，珠联璧合；教学科研，比翼双飞。外语特色，国际视野，雄视西南，辐射全国。前进步伐，永不停歇；从教理想，历久弥新。

Take a glance at the college, we are rising up with both time-honored schools and brand-new majors. Different majors are integrated to make headway. Scientific research and teaching are combined to blossom. Distinguished by competitive foreign language education and global vision, SISU has an unshakeable and irreplaceable place in southwest area and influential and popular all over China. The moving steps have never stopped for a moment. The ideal of teaching and education is keeping up with the times.

展望未来，长怀青云之志。不忘初心，责任担当；登高临远，家国情怀；栉风沐雨，不断登攀； 团结协同，再续辉煌。

Looking forward to the future, we shall hold a lofty ambition. We shall stay true to our original aspiration and shoulder responsibilities. We shall scale a new height and venture into the new field, but always bearing a deep love for home and motherland; In spite of wind and rain, we shall have goals one after another to climb up. We shall be united and collaborative to create more glory chapters.
